Emo Hair~

I'm sorry to post this random thing, but upon watching Naruto episode 39 again I came to find a scene that made me laugh. Why? Because earlier in the week my friend and I were talking about Sasuke's emo!angst and like, pictured / attempted to draw him with that so called 'emo' hair cut. See image one. Note the various random Googled peeps in the pictures below, and how I don't know them.

There's even a side duckbutt! ( All the emo-peeps have one. And all the fangirls. x3 -Counts as a fangirl- ) I just found it ever so amusing, that Sasuke happens to for a split, crappy second, have the 'hair-over-eye' look perfected;

Sasuke puts more 'ANGST' into his. The first guy just looks stoned.

I guess duckbutts alone are common, but when Sasuke gains a side-sweep I laugh me ass off. >>; Sorry for being random. u_u

My friend actually pulls off a PERFECT Sasuke. And she doesn't even watch Naruto. Whenever she styles her hair like that, I'm like: "Tee hee."

It takes a little mousse.. xD I love duckbutts, but my hair's too long to pull it off, and when I could--It didn't work out so well.

Haha, there's this girl that rides my bus in the afternoons and she has Sasuke hair that style of hair. I'm just like, "OMG. Her hair is so.. so.. Sasuke. [insert giggling here]."

It doesn't look like she puts much stuff in her hair either. I find that amazing. o.o

My friend Vicki has long hair.. BUT she can pull off the perfect Sasuke... It's not even funny how good it is. O_O But I agree.. For that brief moment... Sasuke had the ULTIMATE hair over the eye thing XD *Is tempted to post pics of the emos that live in her parking lot. 4 living versions of Sasuke*

Okay, I'm guilty of pocessing Duck-Butt hair U.U And yes, Sasuke was the role model (literally; I took a figurine to the hairdressers XD), but (Okay, this sounds really weak...) I've always wanted this hairstyle! I just never had a reason (now cosplay) to cut it. FYI I used to be able to pull off a cracking Itachi.

That is amazing. Did the hairdresser give you a 'wtf?!!' look? That'd be so funny to come in with a little toy and be like "Do it." I dunno, this make me really giggle. You're hair is by far the coolest thing I have ever seen. Mad props to you<3

I would praise whoever did. I need it for cosplay and I just can't seem to get the back right on my own. I suck at styling hair, maybe it's too long? x_X

Do you use a curling iron? A straightening iron's always best. Just tease the hair and mold it with putty, and you're good to go.

How long's your hair?

o.o; I used to use mainly a strong mousse and hair spray. It held it up fairly well without being hard.

I used to have the duckbutt hair, but it was flipped out on all sides. I used a straightening iron 'cause my hair's a bit longer, and it help up just fine. It's just that the mousse and hairspray can weigh it down, whereas if you use a straightening iron it'll hold it up and the putty will be a much lighter effect on your hair.

I guess people with shorter hair go through a less difficult time with their hairstyle.

I don't have a straightening iron, but I want one. I've tried about ten different styling products and none of them are very good. Right NOW my hair's too long, but I'm going to cut it shorter. I'm not sure the exact length, but I have an image It's the best I'd gotten it to do, and even that isn't very good, I don't think.

I think it should be a bit longer than the hair in that picture; like cut it to the base of your neck. If you could somehow save money to get a straightening iron, it would be like 100 x easier. A curling iron works wonders too, and you can get those at a fairly cheap price.

If you look at Sasuke reference pictures, you can see that his forelocks go right about up to his chin. Unless you're going for the poodle!Sasuke (Chuunin exam arc) hairdo, I suggest you cut it to chinlength.

I do need to cut my hair, and I think I needed to cut it in that picture, too. I'm planning on getting a straightening iron as soon as I can (but a curling iron, I do have at my disposal).

I'll take everything to heart, I do appreciate the help! n_n

I actually have a duckbutt too, but only when I style it accordingly. xD Otherwise it looks more like Shizune's hair. It takes a long time, but it's worth it...And it requires a lot of hairspray and styling mousse, as other people have said.
